A film fund "HMF SGG, LLC" is offering units to fund the production and marketing of a faith based film "Seven Graces of God".  We are seeking to raise five million dollars ($5,000,000) through a private placement.  Two million dollars ($2,000,000) will be used to produce the Film and three million dollars ($3,000,000) will be used to market and distribute the Film.  Minimum investment will be fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).

 

 

 

A film fund "HMF Horror Fund, LLC" is offering units to fund the production and marketing of three horror films (Films).  We are seeking to raise five million dollars ($5,000,000) through a private placement.  Two and a half million dollars ($2,500,000) will be used to produce the Films and two and a half million dollars ($2,500,000) will be used to market and distribute the Films.  Minimum investment will be fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
