PRODUCER/WRITER

KYLE KERNAN is an Producer, Consultant, and Entrepreneur of the film arts. He studied Motion picture and television from the Academy of Art University.  In 2010, Kyle produced and directed a web series of short horror films called WEEKLYSCARE.ME. 

 

In the summer of 2011, he produced a short drama SUX2BME.The film was an official selection into the California independent Film Festival. Shortly after he produced PAS A VENDRE 2013, which won best foreign short film in the Burbank International Film Festival. The film was also a official selection into Paris International Film Festival, and CinequestInternational Film Festival. 

 

His first feature film BRANDED was filmed in the winter 2013 which sold to US Distributor Gravitas Ventures. Gibby 2014 was his next feature film. The film sold in the United States and multiple territory’s around the world such as France, Turkey, Australia, Philippines, and Russia where the film went theatrical. 

 

Kyle supervised and consulted in the production of RADIO DREAMS 2014, an all-Persian film shot in the United States, which won the TIGER AWARD at the Rotterdam International Film Festival. The film was sold all over the world. 

 

In 2017, Kyle Produced YOU CAN’T SAY NO, A romantic comedy.  The film world premiered at Cinequest International Film Festival and sold out the 1100 seat theater.

 

 Kyle currently is working in New Mexico on several major tv shows.

Half Moon films, LLC is a production company based out of Reno, Nevada with offices in the SF Bay Area and Albuquerque, New Mexico.  They have been in the film and media market since 2009. They specialize in championing all forms of media from development to market. Over the years, Half Moon Films has produced a number of films that have reached audiences all over the globe. They have built an infra structure that allows them to utilize the resources domestically and internationally for the best possible quality content.

PRODUCER/ WRITER

 

GREG LYON, a CPA by trade, started his film career in 2009, writing a wide variety of scripts in all genres. In 2011, Greg wrote a short drama SUX2BME, starring Lisa Robin Kelly from That 70’s Show. The film was an official selection into the California Independent Film Festival and RXSM Film Festival.

 

Greg is perhaps best know for Pas a Vendre, a French Foreign short film starring Elsa Mollien (Crossing Lines), that was an official selection and winner of the Best Foreign Short Film in the Burbank International Film Festival. The film was also a selected into Cinequest International Film Festival, Paris International Film Festival, and Reno Tahoe International Film Festival. 

 

Gibby was his first venture of a  series of scripts to become a full-length feature film, which starred Shannon Elizabeth (American Pie), Sean Patrick Flanery (Boondock Saints), Vivica A. Fox (Independence Day), and Peyton Meyer from Disney’s Girl Meet’s World.

 

Behind the scenes, Greg is actively involved in casting, production, post-production, marketing, and distribution to ensure the success of the films. In addition, where required, Greg will work with directors to help develop the vision of the scripts.  He is a certified script reader, a script judge for Cinequest Film Festival, and did a presentation at the American Film Market on independent film producing.
