Half Moon Films mainly focuses on feature films.  However, we can make commercials and music videos as we have access to skilled personnel.  During the Shutdown spring 2020, Kyle and I accepted the challenge to make a short video as part of Hurlbut Academy's Isolation Filmmaking Challenge.  The task was to take an ordinary chore and make it epic.  Because we were shutdown we had to work with the resources we had available.  We could not really go out and audition actors or hire crew.  So we used our dog Nana, a Bernese Mountain Dog that loves to eat.  Not an easy task as we did not have a professional animal trainer and she gets hot fast and finds shade.  Using just an iPhone, without a stabilizer, we shot this video for the fun of the competition in about two hours.
